Hawkmot Internship & Evaluation Policy
Stage 1: Initial Evaluation (1 Month) Selcetion As per Resume Shortlisting
All registered students will begin with a 1-month evaluation period at Hawkmot.
During this period:
• Practical tasks and assignments will be given
• Performance, learning ability, and discipline will be evaluated
🔹 After 1 Month Performance-Based Outcomes Certificate of Completion (For ALL Students) • Every student who successfully completes the 1-month evaluation period will receive a: o Hawkmot Certificate of Completion • This certificate is provided whether or not the student is selected for the 6-month internship.
✅ Case 1: High Performance (Top Performers) • Students who perform very well during the first month will be: o Selected for a 6-month internship o Required to clear a short technical & communication round • After selection: o Internship duration: 6 months o Stipend: ₹10,000 (as per Hawkmot policy)
🟡 Case 2: Mid-Level Performance • Students with mid-level performance will be: o Given 1 additional month to improve o Provided guidance during this period After the additional month: • If performance improves → eligibility for internship may be reviewed • If performance does not improve → see Case 3
❌ Case 3: Did Not Meet Expectations • Students who do not meet the required performance level after the evaluation period(s) will: o Receive a Certificate of Completion (if they completed the 1-month program) o ❌ No further internship extension will be provided
📢 Important Notes . And Selection For 1st Month Will be On Resume Shortlisting(Fill The form) . After successfully completion we will provide experience certification • Selection is strictly performance-based • Hawkmot’s decisions will be final • Stipend internships depend on performance and successful evaluation rounds
